Return & Exchange Policy
Welcome to Maxmart.ae where your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes, what you receive isn’t exactly what you expected, and we are committed to resolving such issues for you. Please find our return and exchange policy below:
1. Return Period:
- We offer a 7-days return policy from the day your order is received. All items must be returned in their original condition, unopened. Any items that are returned in a condition that is not re-sellable will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Faulty Products:
- If you receive a product that is defective or not functioning as advertised, please contact us immediately for assistance. Faulty products can be returned within a 7-days period following receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories.
3. Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please fill the forum. Once we receive your details, a replacement will be created. A courier rider will take the current product from you & deliver the new one.
4. Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 2-4 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued via the bank transfer payment method. Please note that refund times are subject to bank processing delays and are beyond our control.
5. Return Shipping:
- Replacement and return deliveries are charged at approximately AED 15. This charge is solely to cover the courier fees. If a customer receives a wrong product due to an error on Maxmart.ae's part, then these charges will be borne by Maxmart.ae. However, if the mistake is on the customer's end or if they wish to exchange their product voluntarily, then the charges for the returning product and for the replacement product will be covered by the customer
6. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges:
- Please note that if the return or exchange is due to customer's change of mind or a mistaken order they placed, delivery charges will not be refunded. We seek your understanding that any costs incurred for shipping are only refundable when the fault lies with Maxmart.ae, such as in cases of faulty products, packing mistakes etc.
7. Exceptions / non-returnable items:
- Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (including special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like skincare and beauty products, medical items). Additionally, we don't accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a particular item, please reach out to us.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
To start the return or exchange process, please reach out to us on WhatsApp and provide the following details:
- Full Name
- Your Order ID #
- What problem are you facing?
- Broken/Damaged
- Not Working Properly
- I don’t like it
- Want to Change Product/Model/Color/Size
- Changed Mind
- Other
- Make sure to fill in all the required information accurately so we can better understand your request.
- Once you submit the form, our customer support team will receive your complaint. We'll review the information and contact you to confirm the submission and discuss the next steps.
- Please have the product ready for return or exchange, ensuring it remains in its original condition.
- After confirming your request, we'll proceed with the return or exchange process.
